Payment – Terms and Conditions

At EARTHRELO, we strive to make the payment process seamless and secure for our clients. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to credit card payments for services rendered.ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT CARDS

AUTHORIZATION AND VERIFICATION

  • All credit card payments must be authorized by the cardholder.
  • EARTHRELO reserves the right to verify the identity of the cardholder by requesting a government-issued ID or other supporting documentation.
  • Transaction Limit: A maximum cap of $2,000 applies to each transaction. Payments exceeding this limit will not be processed unless prior authorization is obtained.
  • Charges related to inbound shipments into US: We do not accept payments via credit card for any US inbound shipment related charges such as and limited to terminal handling fees, examination fees or any other disbursement charges.
  • Authorization Requirement: Only payments explicitly authorized by EARTHRELO are permitted. Unauthorized payments will be rejected or refunded at our discretion after deducting the card processing fees (9%).
  • Balance Payments: The portal does not accept payments intended for settling final balances for a move, we only accept credit card payments towards deposit for the move.

SECURITY MEASURES

  • All credit card transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway to protect sensitive cardholder data.
  • EARTHRELO does not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes.

REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS

  • Refunds for credit card payments will be processed only as per EARTHRELO’s cancellation and refund policy. Refer to our OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS.
  • Chargebacks initiated by the cardholder without prior communication with EARTHRELO may result in suspension of services and additional fees to cover administrative costs.

DISPUTED TRANSACTIONS

  • Any disputes regarding charges must be reported to EARTHRELO within 10 business days of the transaction. A mitigation agent will be assigned to solve any disputes.
  • Disputes reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

CURRENCY AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS

  • All payments will be processed in USD.
  • Any currency conversion fees or international transaction fees are the responsibility of the cardholder.

EARTHRELO reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
