- Credit Card Payment Terms :Cardholder agrees that his/her payment on this online form constitutes his/her “signature on file” and his/her agreement to pay all charges as checked and agreed by the cardholder and that Earthrelo is authorized to charge all such items to the identified account of cardholder. By accepting this authorization form the cardholder agrees that he/she cannot dispute any of the above payments with the credit card company and in case if he/she fails to pay the balance amount due towards our services this form and the credit card on file will be charged for the balance amount due if any. Earthrelo Inc. will not bear any responsibilities for nonpayment of credit card bills by the cardholder to the credit card company.All credit card payments other than deposit for the move (whether they are for balance towards moving charges, import customs exam charges, THC charges, third party service charges etc will attract a 4.5% credit card surcharge. This fee will be charged by default to your credit card if paying for any of charges mentioned here except deposit for your move.
- Cancellation Policy :If cancelled within five business days of scheduled move date: Applicable merchant fees and Fifty percent of the deposit amount will be debited from the final refund amount.If cancelled within six or more business days of the scheduled move date: Refund of full deposit amount less merchant fees will be returned to client.
